Join Richard’s Ramble to Raise Awareness of Pain

did you know that

1 in 4 adults live

with long term

pain?

More people live with daily pain than most of us realise, yet it’s still rarely talked about, and those affected often lack the support they need. Sadly, many suffer in silence, so we need your help to raise awareness and improve their support options.

Join Richard’s Ramble to change this, and raise awareness of pain throughout Bradford and Craven.

Settle to bradford and beyond

Richard will be leading the Rethinking Pain team from Settle to Bradford and beyond – passing though all areas supported by the Rethinking Pain team and celebrating Bradford being voted City of Culture 2025.

The 36-mile route will be split into parts. Some flat and easy to join and some longer sections for those who can. We invite you to join Richard and our team to help raise awareness about pain in any way you can.

Let’s do this together! You are not alone!

The Route

The full 36-mile route has been divided into 8 legs, but we’ve also pin-pointed shorter sections that may be more suitable for those with limited mobility to join us comfortably.
